Position Summary:

Accountabilities Include:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions in the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
Lead Month End Close tasks and manage Accounting Periods.
Reconcile cash and credit card accounts.
Handle additional Asset and Liability account reconciliations.
Manage Prepaid expenses and accruals for accurate financial reporting.
Post Payroll journal entries and reconcile related accounts.
Supervise AR Specialists in managing credit memos, credit card issues, and customer payments.
Oversee AP Specialists in vendor billing, approvals, and payments.
Assist in Sales Tax Return filings and other compliance reports.
Support in preparing and presenting monthly financial reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Right Person for the Seat:
Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in reconciling various Asset and Liability accounts.
Strong grasp of accrual-based accounting principles.
Familiar with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite), Excel, tax automation software, and Google Suite.
Experience in multi-location and departmental accounting.
Excellent data analysis and reporting.
Thrives in an innovative and improvement-focused environment.
Work experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or Finance Manager, preferably 3 or more years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
