Provides personal care services to patients Applies safety principles proper body mechanics performance specific techniques personal supportive care such as ambulation clients transferring clients assisting feeding as assigned Performs homemaking environmental services assigned Observes reports documents changes patient status unable perform task report primary nurse Follow written instructions personal prepared registered nurse accordance plan of care Written instructions received prior delivery service Assists patients prescribed exercises instructed nurse therapist Performs records simple urine tests sugar acetone albumin Other duties assigned.Job description
