    Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to help them complete a new construction project in the White Plains, NY area.

    As the Director of Operations , you will be responsible for ensuring the streamlined and consistent implementation of activities throughout company as determined by Principals.

    This position also oversees the Project Teams, Administrative, Human Resources and Information Technology services provided to the company, ensuring the firm's commitment to process, safety, quality, and reliability.


    Your main duties will include:

    • Managing weekly project progress meetings while ensuring all project staff are following necessary protocols
    *Collaborate with executive team members to verify data for quality assurance purposes

    *Drive new marketing strategies for the company to increase website flow and overall business development

    *Work alongside of the executive team to serve 3rd party vendors to the highest standards

    *Serve as executive team support for tasks needed surrounding business growth

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 10+ years of experience working as a Director of Operations in a professional capacity
    • Prior construction industry experience as a leader in business operations
    • Macro level project oversight with daily reviews from project teams
    • Implementation and creation of SOP's to ensure efficient daily operations
    • Creation and review of project progress reports while comparing profit margins
    • Experience growing and expanding marketing departments/ websites
    • Strong communication skills to network relationships with 3rd party vendors
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Prior history working with Procore
    • Experience with Public Works (Utilities)
    • Managing multiple direct reports
