Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Sales Engineer with our client in the Jacksonville, FL area. As a Sales Professional on our dynamic team, you will create lasting partnerships with design engineering firms and contractors. Your role is more than selling; it's about collaboration, guiding the design process for new boiler systems in cutting-edge facilities, and ensuring the seamless integration of equipment through effective communication with contractors.
The client is a specialized provider offering comprehensive solutions in boiler sales, service, parts, support equipment, and rentals across Central and North Florida, as well as select regions of South Georgia. They proudly represent the industry's leading manufacturers in the heating sector, ensuring top-tier products and unparalleled support for their clientele.
This is a remote role, requiring light travel to Thomasville, GA and Jacksonville, FL. Applicants must reside within the following areas: Tallahassee, FL / Live Oak, FL / Valdosta, GA / Jacksonville, FL / Thomasville, GA.
Responsibilities:
· Spearhead initiatives to meet/exceed annual sales goals, demonstrating a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
· Uncover new opportunities by generating and nurturing connections with clients, businesses, and partners, expanding the network of those who benefit from our innovative boiler systems.
· Dive into the intricacies of steam and hot water systems to provide thoughtful recommendations for designs, improvements, and upgrades, showcasing our commitment to deliver industry leading solutions.
· Act as a passionate advocate, promoting the full spectrum of product lines offered by TTI, ensuring clients have access to a diverse array of solutions.
· Utilize your computer skills to craft compelling presentations, insightful reports, and territory trends, to convey a collaborative journey in problem solving and solution based consultive selling.
· Be the strategic partner customers turn to for insights on products, operations, and compliance for upgrades and turn key projects.
· Stay ever-curious and engaged in continuous education to become a beacon of knowledge on our products, markets, competition, codes, and industry trends.
· Successfully navigate the intricacies of handling multiple simultaneous customer projects, demonstrating your adeptness at project advancement and completion.
· Generate quotes with meticulous attention to detail and follow through with persistence, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction.
· Embrace additional duties with enthusiasm, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to the overall success of our team and the satisfaction of our valued customers.
Qualifications/Skills:
· Technical Degree in HVAC or Business Management preferred
· Minimum 5 years of prior outside sales experience with capital equipment/parts with industry specific experience a plus.
· Computer literate
· Basic business management
· HVAC system knowledge
Base Salary: $60, $100,000.00 per year
