About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Primary Care position seeing all ages
• Family Nurse Practitioner will work with a team of 2 MDs, 1 NP and 1 PA
• Seeing an average patient load of 12-16 patients/day

Background Desired:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Fluent in Spanish is required
