We specialize in commercial, residential, preservation, institutional, and industrial. The structure of our ?rm allows us to follow projects we feel passionate about. We have designed churches, private schools, residences, corporate of?ces, restaurants, and manufacturing facilities.

    Architectural Project Manager Position:

    We are seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager, preferably a registered architect, to join our team. Architect Level 2 or Project Manager, as defined in AIA Compensation Survey.

    **This position requires a degree in Architecture**


    Architectural Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist other project managers in the development of a multitude of small to complex projects from early schematics through final construction documents
    • Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
    • Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
    • Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields.
    • Requires use of advanced techniques and modification/extension of theories, precepts, and practices of individual's field.
    • Manages and guides less experienced architectural staff in the development of projects.
    • And other duties as assigned

    Architectural Project Manager Requirements:

    • Architectural degree from an accredited School of Architecture
    • Experience working in a professional team setting.
    • Must be highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (including Photoshop and InDesign)
    • Excellent graphic and presentation skills
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Must be capable of self-directed work as well as team interaction.
    • Must be highly motivated with good communication skills (we know everyone says this, but we mean it.)
    • The ideal team member should possess common sense with a good sense of humor and bowling skills. Be a nice person that likes other people
    • This is a full-time, in-office position

    Architectural Project Manager Pay:

    $80,000-100,000 annual salary, depending on skill level and experience
