Local Manufacturing Company / CORE/GT FocalPay: $23/hr

Qualifications:

1. U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
2. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
3. Ability to work independently, while delivering on executive leadership expectations.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
5. 3-5 years of proven experience in Lean and continuous improvement (Lead Certification)
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Proven ability to work with, coach, motivate, and influence others.
8. Change Management expertise, helping teams adapt to new processes and practices.

Great attention to detail Responsibilities:

1. Provide CORE Apprentice Certification Training to Hourly Associates.
2. Lead and Facilitate CORE Engagements across the facility.
3. Lead and Facilitate DAISE (Previously DIVE) problem-solving across the facility.
4. Implement and execute Process Analysis (QCPC) across the facility.
5. Manage the MCR (Manufacturing Change Request) Process.
6. Teach and demonstrate CORE Methods through everyday practice.
7. Work with the GT Manager to ensure 100% GT compliance.
8. Visitor & Security Management System (VRMS).
9. Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guidelines (CORE and Global Trade).
