    What You Will Do :
    Strategize, direct and conduct data and statistical analysis to identify key performance indicators and meaningful insights

    Develop data visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and indicators to senior leaders using Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik or similar

    Aggregate, clean and organize datasets from disparate sources and perform quality assurance of these tasks completed by team members

    Perform comprehensive program evaluations identify trends and report on program performance, gaps, opportunities, and insights

    Organize and lead client meetings and documenting, tracking, and following up on action items


    Analyze systems and its related technical and functional business applications, design specifications or design specific applications using Microsoft Power Platforms such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps.

    Translate detailed design into application systems roadmaps and solutions. Where needed, test, debug, and refine applications to produce the required product.

    Provide analysis and design of business systems.

    Deliver on multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products with deliverables requiring little rework


    What You Will Need :
    US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

    Bachelor's degree

    THREE (3) or more years of data experience

    Experience in developing tools and applications to automate and streamline processes, create data visualizations, and support knowledge management

    Experience in performing data analytics to address management and operational challenges

    Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

    Proficiency in MS SharePoint, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps

    Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik

    What Would Be Nice To Have :
    Active CBP, DHS or Component clearance

    Experience consulting for the federal government

    Experience working with CFO organizations

    Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based work environment

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
