- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine project requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an estimator and project manager in the mechanical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites when necessary.
