Description

TRUPIANO-KETRON is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing with them a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and service excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our extensive client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our clientele through referrals and lead generation efforts. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them in carrying out these essential tasks.

As you familiarize yourself with our processes and tools, you will also have the opportunity to step into the role of Agency Director, providing leadership and expertise to your team.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 for the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and servicing existing clients
Identifying new business opportunities in the B2B sector
Supervising team activities and performance
Training and mentoring new team members
Utilizing Salesforce-based CRM for daily field reporting
Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are a must
Clean background check and personal transportation
45-day evaluation period before advancement
