She is a media personality with a high-performing podcast brand.
They operate in boardrooms, studios, private events and high-level social circles.
Now they need someone who can operate at that same level behind the scenes.
This is Not a "Task Runner" Role but a private COO of a couple's life a life infrastructure role.
You will be the operational backbone behind two high-performance individuals, ensuring their homes, schedules, travel, events, finances, and private world run with precision, discretion, and zero drama.

1. The job
What You Will Own
1.1. Household & Estate Operations
You will manage multiple properties in Beverly Hills and beyond.
The main property is currently staffed with: a housekeeper, gardeners, handyman (when necessary), chef and poolman.
- Oversee maintenance, renovations, and improvements
- Manage vendors, contractors, service professionals
- Create and implement household SOPs and smart systems
- Coordinate security and privacy protocols
- Ensure homes are stocked, organized, and operating flawlessly
- Manage household calendars and logistics
- Catalogue and maintain assets
You do not wait to be told something is broken.
You have already scheduled the repair.
1.2. Personal & Family Infrastructure
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars
- Coordinate travel logistics and detailed itineraries
- Secure elite reservations and VIP access
- Oversee wardrobe, private shopping, gifting strategy
- Handle confidential documentation
- Ensure zero missed deadlines, birthdays, renewals, or obligations
You think in quarters, not days.
You anticipate friction before it exists.
1.3. Event Planning & Production
- Execute private events, social gatherings, and brand-relevant functions
- Manage vendors, negotiate pricing, oversee production
- Handle guest lists, gifting, and brand alignment
- Execute post-event wrap-up and analysis when relevant
- Capture light content when required
You care about execution details others miss.
Because details are reputation.
1.4. Financial & Administrative Control
- Bill payments and expense tracking
- Household payroll and benefits
- Liaise with family office, lawyers, business managers
- Present 3 options when sourcing vendors, with value analysis
