    Role Purpose:
    A Service Attendant oversees all Guests when they are checking out from Jaguar Land Rover Auto Dealership in Newport Beach by providing a 5-star Experience to all Guests

    Key Duties:
    Greet all Guests with a welcoming smile and body language when they arrive at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.

    Ensure that all customers are escorted to their car Remove the protective plastic from the carOrganize the pickup lot and make sure that keys are organized in the front key boxes Confirm all cars in the pick-up lot have all protective plastic in place.

    Retrieve any customer pick-ups Requirements Customer service 101 experience is essential for this role.
    Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
    Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
    Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
    Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
    Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
    Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
    Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Basic computer and internet skills.
    Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
    Must be customer service oriented.
    Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
    Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
    Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
    Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
    Willing to multi-task.
    Ability to focus attention on a Guest's need, always remaining calm and courteous.

    Salary Description $18.00-$19.00
