Position SummaryOne Health is seeking Primary Care Physicians who are interested in practicing medicine in North Carolina and who value collaborative, physician-led care.
This role provides the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships within a supportive, multi-specialty environment.Physicians will deliver comprehensive outpatient care while working closely with care teams and specialty colleagues to improve patient outcomes and community health.
QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Med-Peds
Board Eligible or Board Certified in specialty
Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina medical licensure
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in working within a physician-led, team-based practice environment
Preferred Attributes
Experience in outpatient primary care (new graduates welcome)
Interest in value-based care, quality improvement, and population health
Commitment to serving diverse patient populations
Desire for long-term practice growth within North Carolina
