    This is a full-time in-office position that can be located in any of our offices locations – Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown or Parkersburg, WV. This is not a remote position.

    Position Duties:

    The successful candidate for this position will be highly motivated, organized, and able to perform the following duties in a fast-paced environment:

    • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal/external training for all departments. Track continuing professional education (CPE) for professional staff.
    • Manage department schedule for workload assignments, coordinate with department managers regarding gaps or conflicts.
    • Coordinate professional staff evaluation process utilizing our evaluation software package.
    • Project management for large jobs – assist with scheduling, track documentation, etc.
    • Schedule, attend and document departmental meetings – prepare agendas and track progress of tasks assigned during meetings.
    • Other duties as required.

    Position Requirements:

    This position interacts on a regular basis with clients and staff therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the following are required:

    • Advanced computer proficiency is required, including excellent skills using Microsoft Word and Excel along with the ability to quickly learn new software (Adobe, Tax/Audit and Task Tracking Software).
    • Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills are required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines.
    • 10+ years of experience in a professional setting performing project management or related duties is required.
    • A bachelor's degree in accounting/management/business administration or related business field is required.
    • Prior public accounting experience preferred.
