    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a qualified Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services in a skilled nursing setting.

    This leadership role focuses on managing therapy operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.


    Assignment Details:
    Contract duration: 13 weeksShift: DaysSetting: Skilled Nursing Facility

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT/OT)

    Supervise, mentor, and support therapy team membersOversee care planning, patient progress, and therapy outcomesEnsure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standardsManage staffing schedules, productivity, and department performance metricsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient careSupport quality improvement initiatives and program developmentRequirements:
    Active state professional license (PT, OT, or related therapy discipline)

    Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experiencePrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredSkilled Nursing Facility experience preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsSpecialty:
