    Position Overview


    We are currently looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our growing demands at Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company. This role is located in Denver, CO. Duties may include: maintaining office systems, supplies, document management, owner billings, office clerical/support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services.

    Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit, is one of the largest fire sprinkler contractors in the Southwest. Founded in 1985 in Phoenix, AZ, Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company offers a variety of services including design, 3-D modeling, installation and more. We are committed to all aspects of the fire protection business: sprinklers, service inspection and testing, and fire alarm. Aero handles all sizes of work from service calls and inspections to full installations.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing day-to-day support with general administrative functions and team management needs (e.g., meeting coordination, team-building efforts, phone and email communication)
    • Collaborating with and supporting team members, working on key projects and initiatives.
    • Assist in preparation of material submittals and shop drawings, closeout documentation, and tracking, scanning, filing and distribution of these documents.
    • Set up new projects in the network filing system and enter project information into the project database
    • Prepare and maintain items for the Design Department such as spreadsheets, checklists, and training documents.

    Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment
    • Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
    • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed
    • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials
    • Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together

    Other Requirements:

    • Regular, reliable attendance

    • Work productively and meet deadlines timely

    • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment

    • Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

    • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

    Base Compensation: $35,000/yr - $40,000/yr

    (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
