- Learn to perform all aspects of lab work pertaining to core analysis studies such as, but not limited to, permeability, porosity and saturations.
- Learn to perform equipment maintenance.
- Study basic core analysis theory.
- Learn to maintain laboratory information management system.
- Calculate computer-generated data from core analysis equipment.
- Understand laboratory safety for routine core analysis.
- Maintain cleanliness of laboratory.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as directed by Supervisor. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and dust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
