- Loads material onto machines per work instructions.
- Process wire through various equipment.
- Maintain product dimensional requirements per documentation.
- Maintain product traceability of wire as it moves through processes.
- Identify product non-conformances and contain material per quality system.
- Maintain an efficient, organized and safe work environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on various processes.
- Maintaining a working supply of process chemicals used in production processes.
- Complies with complaint handling process.

Scope
With a focus on delivering premium quality products to our customers, safely and efficiently operates manufacturing processes required to process nickel titanium wire to a desired diameter, length, finish and form.
Verify product quality using various measuring and testing instruments. Accurately completes associated documentation.Key Responsibilities
