    Applied Composites (AC) is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to run CNC machines, creating tools & parts to meet specific requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience operating CNC machines, basic knowledge in CNC programming, and be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

    Job Accountabilities:

    • Operate a 5-axis CNC machine
    • Run CNC programs for tool & part production to meet dimensional requirements
    • Collaborate with Engineering & Production teams for creative problem-solving
    • Perform equipment preventive maintenance
    • Suggest new technologies for continuous enhancement
    • Adhere to Standard Industrial practices for material work
    • Other assigned responsibilities

    Job Specifications:

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent along with relevant work experience
    Years' Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
    Skills:

    • Previous CNC programming experience is a plus
    • Understanding of material properties & characteristics
    • Familiarity with measurement tools like micrometers, pin gages, dial indicator, etc.
    • Proficient with computers
    • Ability in trigonometry and geometrical calculations
    • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
    • Experience in working with composite materials is beneficial
