Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience & Loyalty Program Manager to lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

This role involves managing customer interactions, developing loyalty strategies, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
