Key Responsibilities:

• Required mandatory experience with healthcare insurance domain knowledge.
• Minimum experience in data science project experience.
• Required Business Process Consultant for process optimization and solution implementation.
• effectively communicating with senior members of organizations to establish a client relationship.
• Identifying different ways that an organization can function and operate more effectively using data modeling techniques.
• Having frequent and effective discussions with leaders of organizations to keep them updated on any progress.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• creating documents that showcase the different strategies and proposed changes to improve the organization.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in computer-related programs, information technology, or related field and
master's degree preferred.
 Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
 Statistics and probability.
 Data analysis.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Stakeholder management.
