    We are searching for a bilingual HR Operations Manager based in our office headquartered in Dallas, TX, supporting the Dallas-area Operations, Sales and Corporate team members, as well as the luxurious David Sutherland Showrooms and Studios across the United States and Europe.


    Essential Functions:


    The HR Operations Manager will oversee the HR operations of the organization; creating, revising and implementing the operational programs and processes, including payroll, performance management, benefit administration, regulatory compliance, and employee training and development.

    Maintain and process information in HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), including all employee data transactions, annual employee cycles such as PTO and Holiday updates, benefits enrollment and the performance & compensation cycle.

    Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and act as a back-up.

    Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employments laws and regulations, workers compensation, including the timely filing of all mandatory reports, such as EEO-1, Summary Plan Descriptions, Form 5500.

    Identify improvements to existing processes, including opportunities to automate tasks and connect systems.

    Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (eg, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), as well as fielding questions and concerns around the interpretation of policies.

    Partner closely with Dallas-based Operations team to strategize optimum staffing levels and provide input on efficiency of operational policies related to people.

    Work with third-party administrator, ensure administration and compliance with all aspects of the leave programs including short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Workers Compensation and any state required paid disability/family leave.

    Partner with Hiring Managers to support recruiting and hiring efforts for corporate, sales and hourly, non-exempt operations employees; including advertising, coordinating with recruiters/temp agencies, creating competitive compensation offers and preparing the offer letter in a timely manner.

    Provide exceptional customer service to employees and help resolve any issues that arise.
    Perform other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and critical thinking skills.
    Fluency in written and oral communication in Spanish is a key requirement of this position.
    Experience with full-cycle payroll processing and a high level of proficiency in HRIS / HCM systems. ADP Workforce Now preferred.
    Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
    Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects
    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, preferably multi-state
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including an intermediate level in Excel.
    Exceptional customer service experience and philosophy.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldwork required
    A minimum of eight years of professional-level HR experience
    SHRM-CP or PHR highly preferred
    Experience in manufacturing and operations, with exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement a plus

    Must be able to drive between Dallas-area buildings
    Position is based in the Dallas office near Love Field, with flexibility for remote work on Fridays.
