    Description

    Job Title: Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate

    Micro Center, the nation's leading computer and electronic device big box retailer, is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with computer and electronics purchases in our high-volume big box retail store.
    • Maintain product knowledge through continued sales, vendor, and product training.
    • Maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area and performing various merchandising activities.
    • Participate in open and close procedures and support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience in customer service or a related role.
    • Prior experience in commissioned sales or a related field is a plus.
    • Sincere interest in helping customers select products that meet their needs.
    • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for prolonged periods of time.
