    Duties And Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain resident service plans updated as indicated by state regulations identify ongoing needs services residents through assessment Service Plan process including documentation changes in healthcare status._ • Collect analyze report occurrence trends if necessary develop implement improvement plans with Administrator other team members maintain analysis monitoring resident team member
