    SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY:


    The DT analyst team works together closely to serve in a collaborative capacity to ensure the successful implementation of district system enhancements and business process change.

    Analysts are knowledgeable of the team's work and responsibilities to serve as a backup. They analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to develop, test, install, and modify system information. They will also optimize central office operational processes to meet the needs of an established set of requirements.

    WHAT YOU'


    LL DO:
    Joining a team of analysts who are passionate about systems, software, and different programming languages.

    Will work with the Lead Analyst to maintain, implement, and improve current and new systems technology processes, and functions for the District.

    Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

    Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required.

    Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.

    Utilize robust soft skills to resolve work problems related to workflow, project specifications, or programming for district teams and members.

    Configures database parameters and prototype designs against logical data models. Assist with upgrades and correct errors to maintain the systems.

    On a regular day, as the DT Analyst, you might:
    Manage key controls compliance systems, inclusive, but not limited to MUNIS/EERP, Kronos, Follett, Allovue, MySchoolBucks, ECA system
    Support or develop tests and documents, create custom modules, integrations, and projects to meet the needs of users
    Assist district teams with reports, projects, optimization initiatives, and analytics.
    Utilize the work ticket system to prioritize and respond to work assigned
    Querying, extracting, and reporting data with PII considerations
    Utilizing programming languages such as C#, SQL, Python, etc.
    Documentation/SOP
    Collaborate with peers, attend meetings, and field emails

    EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

    Requires a level of knowledge normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Computer Technology or Information Systems and three to four years of related experience and/or training.

    Necessary knowledge can also be acquired through (3) to (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in the software area, with demonstrated success in systems analysis, design, and implementation.
