    Overview

    TalentFish is casting a line for a Supply Chain Data Analyst. This is a hybrid, direct hire role in Louisville, KY.

    As Supply Chain Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Sales, Operations, and Planning functions to achieve the Annual Operating Plan.

    Your responsibilities will focus on providing integrated analytics, projections, and reports while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

    Required Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
    2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence; preferably 5+ years.
    Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, Access, ERP systems, or related analytics tools.
    Proficiency in MS Office applications and data/analytics tools.


    Required Skills:
    Build and maintain relationships with Equipment and Asset suppliers.
    Analyze large datasets from internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy.
    Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn, providing innovative solutions.
    Integrate diverse streams of information to drive continuous improvement.
    Develop reporting documents and self-serve tools for stakeholders.
    Provide research, reporting, and analysis support to influence business decisions.
    Anticipate and provide analytics in user-friendly formats.
    Assist in establishing reporting best practices.
    Train end-users on new dashboards and reporting tools.
    Embrace change and share best practices within and outside the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain supplier management business reporting and analytics to drive business growth, performance, and efficiencies.
    Support data infrastructure by maintaining master data and updating/building tools, processes, and systems.
    Manage supplier master data functions, ensuring data integrity across systems for demand planning, forecast modeling, and supplier management KPIs.
    Leverage existing tools for item data management and propose efficiency improvements.
    Utilize current toolsets to create reporting solutions, staying abreast of industry tools, and recommending new ones as needed.
    Collaborate with Procurement and Development teams to prioritize and deliver Supplier Management KPIs.
    Create compelling presentations to communicate key data and insights effectively.
