    Description
    As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, maintaining safety protocols, and optimizing material flow for production.


    Personnel Management:
    Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    Maintain adequate staffing levels to support efficient material handling.


    Safety and Equipment:
    Ensure associates are trained to safely operate material handling equipment.
    Provide appropriate equipment and racking systems for safe transport and storage of materials.


    Process Monitoring:
    Monitor paperwork flow from receiving to inventory control, ensuring timely data entry.
    Properly store materials to conserve space and comply with safety guidelines.


    Shipping and Reporting:
    Monitor shipping accuracy, receiving reporting, and material movement.
    Facilitate transfers to production or shipments as needed.


    Communication and Training:
    Communicate and address personnel, equipment, and paperwork issues promptly.
    Provide training to team members, emphasizing safety protocols and operational procedures.


    Required Skills:


    Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management.

    Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
