    Position Summary:

    The Analyst, Supplier Performance is the focal point within the Sysco Inbound Supply Chain Organization responsible for Sysco enterprise Supplier Performance analysis and execution of business processes that concentrate on supplier inbound performance metrics, to improve the customer experience and reduce Sysco operational expenses. This position also plays a key role in support of Supply Chain initiatives by collaborating with cross functional teams and executing systems maintenance and reporting to implement business objectives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Execute Sysco enterprise supplier performance analysis, reporting, and chargeback processes for Supplier Performance Policies
    • Execute ad-hoc Supply Chain analysis requests, interpret and communicate the story of the data, and provide recommendations to management
    • Conduct deep dive analysis on Supplier Performance Fee disputes to accurately determine fault and repayment dollars if necessary
    • Coordinate the performance fee exception request process from data validation through leadership review
    • Facilitate collaborative meetings with key stakeholders to review supplier performance issues and define corrective action plans, and ensure internal and external tasks are completed within the agreed timelines
    • Execute tasks and systems maintenance for Supply Chain initiatives within established timelines
    • Develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers and internal teams
    • Update internal Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals
    • Manage special projects and duties assigned
    • Assist in training of new associates

    Required Minimum Education

    Bachelor's degree or 10-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

    Preferred Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution or Business Administration

    Required Minimum Experience

    2 - 3 years of business experience in a Supply Chain position such as analytics, field support operations, transportation, or procurement

    Abilities and Skills

    • Strong analytical skills including demonstrated skills in Excel
    • Excellent team player mentality
    • Ability to lead meetings with suppliers documenting concise notes and corrective action plans
    • Must be highly organized, be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and proactively
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
