Soliant Health - Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a per diem role in Mt Shasta, California. This is a per diem assignment with no weekend shifts. The ideal candidate should possess a valid California pharmacist license and recent experience in a pharmacy setting.

Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm


Responsibilities:
1. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
3. Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy.
5. Manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels of medications and supplies.
6. Verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
7. Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with pharmacy standards.


Ideal Candidate:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Recent experience working as a pharmacist
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
