Full Time: Monday – Friday, hours based on participants needs (Many of our therapists work a 4 day work week)

About Us
With a history stretching back more than 70 years, AccessCNY is continually growing and expanding our reach. Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide Speech Therapy services to children and adults with a range of developmental, physical, and/or health related disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
Education & Experience
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, required. Registered and licensed in NYS, required. 1+ years' experience with evaluation and provision of speech therapy services to individuals with disabilities, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required. Basic word processing and email skills, required.
Conditions of Employment
Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule based on therapy needs of assigned caseload.
