    JOB TITLE: Product Manager

    LOCATION: Irving, TX (hybrid role, may work from home)

    DUTIES: Define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services; understand customers and use that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver value; translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities; identify goals, metrics and analytics to determine product value; make recommendations and refinements to product backlog; manage and groom product backlog; make future decisions based on the value that will be delivered; monitor research via A/B Testing, User Research, and competitive landscape to recommend best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class; ensure that product directions balance both the user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction; formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing; create, prioritize and accept user stories, and incorporate them into release planning; make product decisions that drive value; identify and consider pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features/enhancements; participate in and lead standups, iteration planning sessions, product demo, and retrospectives; condense technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders; foster collaboration with team members and act as a proponent of modern agile development practices; work with product team to assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps; manage cross functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits/user experience; guide team members in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution tasks; participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern agile design and development core practices; participate in talent acquisition, development and retention activities in support of team.

    REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a digital product manager, business analyst/architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years in digital product management, including A/B Testing, driving and leveraging insights from User and Usability Research, Design Thinking, and Ideation; near-term and long-term roadmap creation, heatmapping, prioritization and management; customer journey mapping, storyboarding and user flow creation and analysis; understanding of API/Microservices based architecture and exposure to Cloud technologies; data analysis and leveraging insights from data, using SQL queries, MS Excel pivots & charts, PowerBI or Mixpanel, Trello or Figma or Visio, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices; communicating vision and goals of features and initiatives to executive leadership and presenting in large forums across cross-functional teams. In lieu of a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 3 years in defining and tracking product KPIs and adjusting roadmap based on outcomes. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
