Job Summary
The Clinical Dietitian will provide clinical nutrition services including medical nutrition therapy to patients. They will be a strong member of the healthcare team integrated in all service areas of the hospital.Responsibilities
- Screens patients for nutritional risk using department standards for established screening data in EMR;
- Assesses patients appropriately using the Nutrition Care Process.
