- Oversee daily geriatric medical services
- Comprehensive Assessments
- Chronic Disease Management
- Medication Management
- Preventive Care
- Manage geriatric clinical services at AHS's three acute care sites and outpatient ambulatory sites, including:
- Highland, Alameda & San Leandro Hospitals.
- Build Geriatrics Division from scratch, determining:
- Staffing recruitment and requirements
- Team service scope
- Trauma care standards
- Collaborate with Department Chairs, medical staff leadership, and community healthcare organizations to ensure timely, quality geriatric care access.
- Contribute significantly to vital services for aging patients and families as a geriatrician in a collaborative, supportive healthcare environment.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, adept at change management, physician leadership, and clinical program development. Preferred experience in quality and patient safety.
