    Description


    POSITION PURPOSE

    You will act as the sole coordinator of the LONG warehouse. By running the warehouse in an organized and efficient manner, you will be ensuring that our Service Technicians are able to do their jobs effectively and profitably on a daily basis.

    Compensation Range: $22 - $24 per hr. plus potential profit share.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following :
    • Develop and maintain warehouse organization and inventory processes.
    • Manage Inventory Control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipments, transferring; document recording and data entry into system
    • Assist in maintaining proper inventory stock levels
    • Maintain the tools database including delivery and tracking of tools
    • Maintain the air filter database, including procurement and delivery of large air filter orders
    • Maintain the belt database, including procurement of belts
    • Track and document the safety gear, including fall restraint and ArcFlash equipment
    • Order equipment and materials for jobs. Assist Purchasing when necessary
    • Coordinate all required service and repair of service vehicles and maintain maintenance log for Branch vehicles
    • Deliver equipment and parts to technicians on job sites, and or negotiated shipping as needed
    • Facility Maintenance; interior and exterior
    • Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
    • Offer general support for the entire Branch/Company on parts issues and warehouse needs
    • Other duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license
    • Computer literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Communication skills - both verbal and written
    • Ability to successfully complete projects involving organization and process
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to maintain and exemplify safety standards
    • Attention to detail
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • HVAC/warehouse experience
    • Certified operation of a Forklift

    • Routine sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
