    Dr. Sabrina Strickland

    Full-Time

    Hospital for Special Surgery, #1 in Orthopedics for the last 14 years, is currently looking for an experienced and energetic Full-Time File Clerk for one of our physician offices Dr. Gomoll is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. Dr. Sabrina Strickland is board certified in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery at HSS. In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support and direction to an HSS physician practice, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to an environment of clinical excellence.

    Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to triaging phone calls and patient inquiries, scheduling patients for appointments and procedures, conducting verification of medical insurance and patient billing/collections, authorization of services, filing/chart preparation. In addition, the File Clerk will promote a professional atmosphere through courteous communication, cooperation and respect for patients, visitors and members of the health care team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that best customer service practices are offered to patients and families, acting as a liaison to the physicians and hospital departments.

    Pay Range - Minimum:
    USD $26.88/Yr.

    Pay Range - Maximum:
    USD $27.91/Yr.
