    Description
    Join the Jennifer Fisher retail team and help us deliver world experiences for our clients.

    You will oversee the daily operations, business, training, management, and lead a team of talented sales associates whose mission will be to build deep and personal connections with our clients while driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty to Jennifer Fisher.

    The ideal candidate will have a rich clientelling background, passion for operations, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    Specific Responsibilities Would Include

    The Store Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
    General
    Manage and build a world class team of associates who are high performing sellers and experts with client experience.
    Create, execute, and manage store priorities and operations across sales, inventory, planning, operations, and VM.

    Track KPI's against sales, client experience, and clientelling outreach to continuously find ways to improve our business and store experience.

    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to share with corporate partners.
    Collaborate with retail sales director to establish sales targets, customer acquisition strategies, retention strategies, and new business opportunities.
    Uphold loss prevention protocols by monitoring and performing all inventory movements, transfers, cycle counts, markdowns, and reconciliation.
    Control store operational expenses & protocols.
    Manage scheduling.
    Sales & Experience
    Meet or exceed sales targets for the week, month, quarter, and year.
    Create and promote memorable shopping experiences for our clients resulting in sales and long-term relationships with clients.
    Assist with walk-in clients.

    Ensure sales associates are establishing a loyal book of clients, personal shoppers, and stylists and maintaining those relationships to drive repeat purchases and retention.

    Act as a stylist for the client while possessing deep knowledge of our product, brand, and assortment.
    Organize, plan, and schedule 1:1 appointments in-store and virtually in order to drive sales.
    Visual Merchandising
    Support and execute VM directives by the retail team.
    Maintain impeccable VM standards for all products on the sales floor and back-of-house.
    Ensure an organized, clean, and elevated atmosphere within the store is maintained.
    HR Related
    Recruit, train, and develop team of associates while promoting a culture of achievement and motivation.
    Uphold company standards through policy and procedure including dress code.

    Engage in frequent communication with the team around business decisions, changes, and strategic priorities and encourage feedback, ideas, and creativity within the team.

    Address and manage personal issues by coaching, warnings, write ups, and terminations when necessary.
    Ability to open and close the store.

    Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

    5-6 years of retail and sales experience (management preferred)
    Experience in jewelry, accessories, or luxury retail
    Expert conversationalist who is obsessed with client experience.
    Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
    Ability to adapt and connect with a diverse range of people & clients.
    Attention to detail and able to multi-task and direct the team effectively.
    Promotes inclusive environment and fosters creativity and ideas from the team.
    Ability to multi-task and take on multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Strong problem solver and comfortable working in systems (Shopify)

    Ability to work on weekends & holidays.
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to stand and work with clients for long durations of time.
    Occasionally lift, unpack, and pack boxes (up to 25lbs)

    Salary Range:
    $85,000-95,000

    Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
