    Overview

    As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization consistently delivers high-quality products or services.

    You'll be responsible for maintaining quality standards, overseeing testing processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. Additionally, you'll manage internal audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ISO 9001 Compliance:
    Establish and implement quality standards in alignment with ISO 9001 guidelines.
    Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 requirements across the organization.
    Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure ongoing adherence.


    Quality Testing and Monitoring:
    Oversee quality testing procedures, including identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
    Analyze data related to product quality and identify trends or issues.
    Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies.


    Internal Audits:
    Manage and Maintain ISO 9001 compliant internal audit system.
    Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality management system.
    Ensure timely completion of audits and submit findings and corrective action requests to management.


    Training and Documentation:
    Train employees on quality procedures and standards.
    Handle quality reports and documentation.
    Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Collaborate with the QA Director and staff to maintain quality standards.
    Drive continuous improvement efforts through technology and scientific research.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline).
    Strong managerial skills and commitment to safety and quality.
    Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and auditing.
    Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

    Salary Range:
    $114,300 - $188,600 Powered by JazzHR
