    The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise.

    We strive to continuously improve people technology and products to help managers and associates so they can focus on what matters most - supporting our customers and members.

    People Technology is one of the major segments of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services, which is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor and guide engineering professionals, and drive innovation to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions.


    Architectural Leadership :
    Lead the creation and maintenance of our technical architecture, aligning it with business goals and scalability requirements.
    Architect complex software systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability needs are met.
    Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
    Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, and DevOps.

    Project Management and Delivery : Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with architectural goals.

    Lead the end-to-end integration of Workday and SAP SuccessFactors systems with open source technologies in large-scale tier-0 systems.

    Strong track record in an architect role with large-scale software developmentdata backed services and applications.

    A clear vision for full stack architecture design and great communication skills to articulate that to all levels of stakeholders.

    Thorough understanding ofdistributed technologies, public cloud technologies, scalable platforms, ML- platforms, NLU, Generative AI and Operational Excellence.
    Strong skills in Data Modeling of a complex domain.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and7 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
