We are currently looking to hire a Branch Sales Professional BSP to join our team The ideal candidate will be professional motivated and dedicated to achieving success for both the company and our customers We seek individuals who are service-oriented capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client skilled at building lasting customer relationships This position is on-site reports directly into Oakdale MN branch Responsibilities Sell additional services general pest control protection through warm leads cold-calls onsite visits residences businesses Conduct inspections identify infestations conditions conducive infestations wood destroying organisms insects other vertebrate pests make proposals presentations obtain sales contracts Cover sales leads assigned branch territory develop multiple additional service pest control sales leads creatively respective lead furnished Prepare appropriate job specifications treating instructions existing laws regulations company policy Regularly operate maintain company vehicle while keeping vehicle equipment clean working order adhering Vehicle Policy Qualifications High School Diploma GED related experience training selling dealing public Must be years age older possess valid driver license driving essential function role Driving record must meet companys insurance standards Earn maintain state-required training pest control licensing applicable provided Pay And Benefits EcoShield proud offer competitive pay full benefits Weekly Pay get paid Friday Position offers hourly base pay plus commission most team members earning between $60-90 with additional compensation opportunities Paid sick vacation time holidays Comprehensive medical dental vision options Health Savings Account HSA Short-term long-term disability coverage voluntary life ins 401 k competitive match Employee Assistance Program EAP Discounted pest control services employees friends/family Physical Demands Working Requirements Capable regularly lifting pounds occasional heavier lifting Requires clear vision close distant tasks adjustable focus Must able stand periods perform physical tasks manage repetitive motions Exposure pesticides chemicals pests mold allergens structural hazards safety gear required Moderate noise level work environment Potential exposure pests mold allergens structural hazards safety gear required
