Job Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing various laboratory tests and procedures. You will also assist in developing new procedures and may lead the department when the Lab Director is unavailable.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in a biological science (Equivalency Required for Foreign Education); (Bachelor's not required if hired before 7/1/2019)
Licenses/Certifications: Medical Technologist (ASCP) or (AMT), Certified CLS (ASCP), or Certified MLS (ASCP-International), or Cytotechnologist CT (ASCP)
Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills: Two (2) years of relevant experience in a high complexity laboratory, with completion of Senior Medical Technologist skills competency within one year of hire.
