Description:

MOXA NEXT is a launchpad for recent engineering college graduates to take the NEXT steps towards careers in Industrial Ethernet Networking and Automation through learning and mentorship. The new graduate will join a team that will embark on a journey of foundational technical training, meaningful hands-on projects, and opportunities to develop creative technical solutions for real world Industrial Applications. The program will prepare team members for career paths in either Application Engineering, Product Marketing, or Sales.

• Application Engineers partner with Sales to assess customer needs and proactively provide creative solutions to their industrial networking and connectivity challenges.
• Product Marketing Engineers are subject matter experts of an assigned product line. They support business growth by developing value proposition messaging and demonstrations.
• Sales Engineers develop new business by building relationships and promoting MOXA product technical value propositions for target vertical markets.

• Develop a solid technical understanding of MOXA products, functions, and features through MOXA's technical training program.
• Build practical, hands-on, experience on your assigned product line(s) and become skilled in engineering solutions for Customer Applications
• Deliver technology/product training, conduct product demonstrations, and perform proof of concept tests.
• Engineer and build product demonstrations for tradeshows and company events
• Bachelor's degree in: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
• Understanding of wired and wireless Ethernet network fundamentals
• Troubleshooting experience of Windows or Linux operating systems.
• College Project Management and/or Business Planning experience is a plus.
• Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
• Have good interpersonal communication skills and presentation experience.

• Compensation Range (Base Objective Bonus) $70K-$85K / Annually
