    Description

    Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Monsey, NY.

    The successful candidate will assist the Director of Nursing Services with management responsibilities and maintain the highest standards of care. Key duties include:

    • Conducting weekly Wound/Skin Rounds to ensure optimal resident outcomes
    • Collaborating with nursing staff to promote effective communication and compliance
    • Carefully meeting the medical needs of all residents, including those with complex conditions
    • Maintaining accurate and timely medical records
    • Assisting with the hiring, training, and supervision of new nursing staff
    • Overseeing daily staffing processes to ensure seamless operations

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A current State RN license
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Long-Term Care settings
    • Prior management experience, preferably in a similar environment
    • Excellent communication skills and evidence of leadership abilities
