Job summary
As a Senior Risk Manager on Capital One's Card Risk Team you will apply your risk management project management analytical skills to our highest profile risk initiatives working hand in hand to identify mitigate potential risks to Capital One Senior Risk Managers are at the front line of defense to ensure our company remains stable profitable
Responsibilities
- Work with business teams other key stakeholders help develop well-designed products processes marketing supporting technologies implement risk management practices support our business partners on risk return trade-off decisions
- Lead LAUNCH change governance new intent across platforms/products
- Perform risk reviews during various processes such as Risk Control Self Assessments RCSAs Independent Compliance Transaction Testing ICTT Exceptions Applications Targeted Risk Assessments recommend on risk mitigation activities
- Influence leaders within Tech Compliance Cyber Security second line risk organizations Internal Audit key technology risks actions needed
- Lead risk framework discussions drive creative solutions improve the risk profile
- Participate in risk forums business reporting routines contribute continuous improvement of risk management practices
