    Position Summary:
    Under the direct supervision of a Nurse Manager or a Resource Nurse, coordinates activities and services on the patient care units while functioning as the focal point of communication at the nursing station


    Required Knowledge & Skills:

    Provides services that address the specific needs of age groups from infant to elderly, and is also customized to a variety of needs specific to impairments such as hearing, sight, substance abuse, Non-English speaking, and potential victims of abuse.

    Incorporated knowledge and understanding of our commitment to patient rights, our value statement, missionStatement, code of ethics, and patient responsibilities into the performance of job responsibilities.

    Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.


    Schedule:
    Part Time 24hrs /

    Evenings Education:
    High school graduate or its equivalentExperience: Previous experience in clerical or receptionist position preferred. HospitalExperience preferred. Computer experience and medical terminology preferred.

    Any COVID-19 related care takes place in designated areas away from other patients and their families. Emergency Departments are reorganized to be a safe place to treat all emergency patients. A stringent cleaning policy has been implemented throughout the hospital. A strictly controlled visitor and masking policy is required for patient safety.
