**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** *(Includes but is not limited to the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.)* - Executes operating and service routines and SOPs or job aids at a high level.
Executes sales, company initiatives or management directions at a high level.
Takes initiative and follows directions well.
Resolve potential guest concerns and provides resolution. If unable to do so, obtains or seeks manager assistance.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training opportunities.
Enhances Street reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Improves self-development by studying, evaluating, and SOPs and other processes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and/or assigned area during the shift.
