- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain solar panel systems, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct electrical wiring, conduit bending, panel upgrades, and other electrical tasks necessary for the successful completion of solar projects.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, system failures, and component malfunctions in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular maintenance and system inspections to optimize performance and identify potential problems before they occur.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, including apprentices, to promote their professional development.
- Journeyman Electrician license/certification in Colorado.
- Proven experience in electrical installations, including solar panel systems.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.
