- Sr. Windows Certified Professional experienced in pc/laptop upgrades to Win v H.
- Understanding of best practices as it relates to computer upgrades. Determine if drivers will work with the new O/S.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make recommendations regarding SCCM image, patches or driver installations.

Responsibilities
We're looking for a Sr. Desktop Support professional to help with a computer upgrade project. There are a variety of over Win and Win machines that will be upgraded to Win H.
Responsibilities include checking current computers for upgrade compatibility, review and recommend changes to the SCCM Image, install relevant patches, drivers, etc. and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide documentation to describe the upgrade process.
