    Description

    The Harbor Juvenile Assessment Center has an opening for a Full-Time Administrative Specialist. Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative program serving youth and their families? As part of a public-private partnership, Eagle Quest is operating The HARBOR Juvenile Assessment Center and is looking for a qualified individual to join our team The selected candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting staff with scheduling and documentation needs. The Administrative Specialist will also greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and provide professional customer service while supporting the overall mission of The HARBOR.
    Available shift: Flamingo Harbor Sunday from Thursday 2pm-10pm
    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable and professional when speaking with families over the phone
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Professional and customer-service oriented
    Requirements:
    • High School diploma or completion of GED program
    • Ability to pass an FBI background check and Nevada Child Abuse and Neglect Registry check
    • A genuine desire to help at-risk youth and families improve their quality of life
    • Willingness to occasionally travel and work at other Harbor Juvenile Assessment Centers in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas
    • Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish
