    Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Spokane, WA
    4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
    We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Spokane, WA. Our ideal candidate should have a holistic approach, be comfortable working in an integrated environment, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to provide a comprehensive care to patients dealing with acute and chronic pain. Prior experience in orthopedics/pain management is preferred, but we welcome new graduates as well. The ideal candidate must be a team player, tech-savvy, adaptable, and committed to going the extra mile to ensure the well-being of their patients.

    We are an integrative physical medical clinic located in Spokane, WA, known for our exceptional patient care over the past 7 years. Our expert providers strive to identify the root cause of pain and offer innovative solutions. We specialize in minimally invasive procedures, lifestyle interventions, and conservative medication management that significantly impact our patients' lives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient examinations/evaluations including medical history, physical exams, and review of medical records/imaging
    • Order and interpret tests/labs
    • Develop diagnosis and treatment plans
    • Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and available modalities
    • Manage patient care with a focus on medication management
    • Perform injections and interventional procedures
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care
    • Regularly re-assess patients to track progress

    Requirements:
    • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
    • Active PA/NP license in WA
    • Background in Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Pain Management is advantageous

    Schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday; 8am to 5pm; occasional Fridays for staff meetings

    Compensation:
    • Salary range: $110k – $130k plus performance bonuses
