- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct individual or group therapy sessions under the guidance and supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans and interventions designed to improve students' communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Associate's degree or relevant coursework in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Current license or eligibility for licensure in California as an SLPA
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language highly desired
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
